We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. We can only ship to the address that our customers supply, if the address is entered incorrectly and we are not contacted by the customer to correct it before the order is despatched, replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


FREE SHIPPING AND URGENT DELIVERY
For URGENT deliveries, or where you require delivery by a certain date, please select Express Post. Delivery Times may be up to 10 WORKING Days for Standard Post and Fastway Couriers (this does not include Saturday and Sunday). We suggest selecting the Express Post option if you require them sooner as suggested delivery times by Standard Australia Post cannot be guaranteed and are supplied as a guide only. Some rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.


All of our FREE SHIPPING is posted via Australia Post Standard delivery, standard delivery times apply. Larger orders require a signature on delivery and as such, we are unable to leave items, even with an Authority to Leave.


 

Delivery Costs and Times
To keep delivery prices low for you, due to the small size of our product, many orders are able to be sent via Standard Priority Letter to your letterbox. These letters do not contain tracking. Should you require tracking, please add Insurance to your order. Orders unable to fit in a mailing envelope will be sent in a satchel which has tracking as standard.

Do you deliver internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside Australia at this time.
 

Will you resend items if I accidently input the incorrect address?
Unfortunately not. We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. Will Miggsy Shoelaces track my order for me?
Unfortunately we aren't able to keep an eye on the progress of every parcel we send. If your item is sent with by a trackable method, each customers is responsible for tracking their orders to ensure that they are not missed or accidentally left uncollected. Any parcel which is left uncollected with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers may be returned to us at any time. Should this occur, the customer is liable for the full, non-discounted shipping rate to have the parcel dispatched again.

 

What shipping carrier services do you use?
Australia Post Regular, Australia Post Express, Australia Post Registered and Fastway Couriers are currently used for dispatch of orders.
 

 

Why can't I have an Authority to Leave with Australia Post Standard Shipping on small orders?
Due to the small size of the majority of our items and to keep delivery prices as low as we possibly can, we need to work within Australia Posts requirements for large letters.

Letters are only delivered to:
- Mail boxes.
- PO Boxes.
- Corporate Building Mail Collection (You'll need to confirm this with your building).

As such, we are unable to request drop-off to specific drop points such as the front door.

 

What's involved with using Fastway Couriers as a delivery method?
Fastway Couriers is a Courier Service which only delivers to Residential and Business addresses. They CANNOT deliver to mailboxes and PO Boxes. A signature is required for receipt of delivery. You can see their available options here. Also, please check first to see if you have a Fastway Couriers service available in your area, all it requires is your postcode.

 

How long will it take before I receive my order?
We'll despatch your order within two working days of your order (despatch times may be longer in our peak times). Depending on your shipping method and your location, it may take up to 7-10 working days to receive your standard post item. Express Post items are sent same day, if the order is received before 1:00pm on a week day and will arrive overnight to 3 days depending on your location.

 

How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on what you buy and where you live. Our aim is to provide you with the best value and most reliable shipping and delivery as possible. You'll see the shipping and delivery cost as part of the check out process before you have to pay for anything.

 

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. In some cases we may not be able to deliver to the door in regional or remote areas, please call or email us should you need to discuss this.

 

Can I have my items delivered to my workplace?
Yes, we can deliver items to your place of work. If you wish to have your order shipped to your workplace, please take the following into consideration.

- Fastway Couriers will require specific instructions address details such as Company Name, unit numbers, or 'level' where delivery is to a multi-storey office building. We are unable to take responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered to a workplace due to inaccessibility or workplace policy that prevents deliveries. Fastway Couriers is unable to delivery to PO Boxes.

- Australia Post will deliver Standard Letters to mailboxes, PO Boxes and corporate mail centres only. For larger bulk orders, you can request for your item to be delivered to your workplace. Please be specific with instructions address details such as Company Name, unit numbers, or 'level' where delivery is to a multi-storey office building. We are unable to take responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered to a workplace due to inaccessibility or workplace policy that prevents deliveries.

 

Can I have my items delivered to a PO Box?
Yes, you can certainly have your items delivered to a PO Box. We do require that Australia Post is selected as the shipping method as Fastway Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you select shipping insurance for Australia Post items, please be aware that the Australia Post Registered Post requires a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the item, a card will be left with instructions for collection.

 

Which shipping options come with tracking?
When you choose Express Post, Australia Post Satchel (for larger orders) or Fastway Couriers as your shipping option, you automatically qualify for a tracked service. Once we pack your order a dispatch confirmation and tracking code will be emailed to you.
