We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. We can only ship to the address that our customers supply, if the address is entered incorrectly and we are not contacted by the customer to correct it before the order is despatched, replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a variety of shipping options from low cost delivery to speedy Express Post, the choice is up to you. When deciding what is important to you in selecting your shipping option, please take into account shipping time, cost and whether tracking is available for that shipping method. Here are the options we can offer:

Australia Post Mail - NO TRACKING - mailed to your letterbox (2-10 Business Days)
Please Note: Although we send our Australia Post mailed items with Priority Mail, delivery times are up to 10 business days. Currently, this service is often taking longer than the 10 Business Days to reach our customers but we’re still offering it as we understand that some of our customers appreciate the lower shipping cost.
Select this method of shipping if you’re happy to wait for your laces to arrive but would like low shipping costs. There is no tracking on this delivery method and as such, we are unable to assist you in determining delivery times.

Express Post - (Overnight to 3 Business Days) - TRACKING - This is the option to select when you need your order in a hurry.

FREE SHIPPING (With Purchase of 4 or more items) - Sent by Australia Post Mail or Courier dependent on order size. (2-10 Business Days) . Small Orders will be sent as a letter to your mailbox or PO Box and won’t have tracking. Bulkier Orders will have tracking.

URGENT DELIVERY
For URGENT deliveries, or where you require delivery by a certain date, please select Express Post. Delivery Times may be up to 10 WORKING Days for Standard Post and Fastway Couriers (this does not include Saturday and Sunday). We suggest selecting the Express Post option if you require them sooner as suggested delivery times by Standard Australia Post cannot be guaranteed and are supplied as a guide only. Some rural areas may experience a slightly longer delivery time.

Do you deliver internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside Australia at this time.
 

Will you resend items if I accidently input the incorrect address?
Unfortunately not. We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. We can only ship to the address that our customers supply, if the address is entered incorrectly and we are not contacted by the customer to correct it before the order is despatched, replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Will Miggsy Shoelaces track my order for me?
Unfortunately we aren't able to keep an eye on the progress of every parcel we send. If your item is sent with by a trackable method, each customers is responsible for tracking their orders to ensure that they are not missed or accidentally left uncollected. Any parcel which is left uncollected with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers may be returned to us. Should this occur, the customer is liable for the full, non-discounted shipping rate to have the parcel dispatched again.

 

Why can't I have an Authority to Leave with Australia Post Standard Shipping on small orders?
Due to the small size of the majority of our items and to keep delivery prices as low as we possibly can, we need to work within Australia Posts requirements for large letters.

Letters are only delivered to:
- Mail boxes.
- PO Boxes.
- Corporate Building Mail Collection (You'll need to confirm this with your building).

As such, we are unable to request drop-off to specific drop points such as the front door.

 

Can I have a Courier delivery to a PO Box?
Courier services cannot deliver to mailboxes and PO Boxes.

 

How long will it take before I receive my order?
We'll despatch your order within two working days of your order (despatch times may be longer in our peak times). Depending on your shipping method and your location, it may take up to 7-10 working days to receive your standard post item. Express Post items are sent same day, if the order is received before 1:00pm on a week day and will arrive overnight to 3 days depending on your location.


Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. In some cases we may not be able to deliver to the door in regional or remote areas, please call or email us should you need to discuss this.

 

Can I have my items delivered to my workplace?
Yes, we can deliver items to your place of work. If you wish to have your order shipped to your workplace, please take the following into consideration.

- Couriers will require specific instructions address details such as Company Name, unit numbers, or 'level' where delivery is to a multi-storey office building. We are unable to take responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered to a workplace due to inaccessibility or workplace policy that prevents deliveries. Fastway Couriers is unable to delivery to PO Boxes.

- Australia Post Please make sure the address you supply to us accepts mailed letters. Please be specific with instructions address details such as Company Name, unit numbers, or 'level' where delivery is to a multi-storey office building. We are unable to take responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered to a workplace due to inaccessibility or workplace policy that prevents deliveries.

 

Can I have my items delivered to a PO Box?
Yes, you can certainly have your items delivered to a PO Box. We do require that Australia Post is selected as the shipping method as Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Which shipping options come with tracking?
All of the shipping methods we offer come with tracking with the exception of Australia Post Mail and some Free Shipping for smaller orders. If you have had delivery issues in the past, please select the best delivery option for your situation.
