I want to return an item – how do I do that?
We're here to help, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of receipt of your items. Once we receive your returned item, we're happy to exchange your item, refund the purchase price (less any shipping charges) or a store credit, whichever you prefer.
Faulty Items: - If an item is faulty on receipt, you may return it as soon as possible after identifying the fault. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
Please note: we are unable to refund or replace for natural wear and tear or damage caused after the order has been received.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow one of the following methods of return:
1. If you are NOT registered with our store, you can process a return the following way.
Please contact us via email to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer an exchange, refund or store credit). Please remember we can process returns if the item is returned to us within 30 Days of purchase in unused, as new condition.
2. If you ARE registered with our store, you can process a return the following way.
Sign into the online store and via your account select:
- Order History
- The order that contains the item you wish to return.
- Click on the symbol next to the item you wish to return.
- Fill out the details as requested.
3. Please label the parcel you send back to us as the details below:

- Include a brief note regarding the return, including your name and Order Number.
- Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items 'as new', as return-postage of non accepted products will be at the customer's expense.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a refund or store credit is requested, postage charges are non-refundable.
- Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Miggsy Shoelaces for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement. Alternatively, you may wish to choose Miggsy Shoelaces "Store Credit" instead of a refund. Miggsy Shoelaces store credit may be used for future purchases via the Miggsy Shoelaces website. Where store credit is chosen, Miggsy Shoelaces will send you an email as confirmation of the store credit having been applied to your account. The credit will appear in your Miggsy Shoelaces account and will be applied to your next purchase.
