Change of Mind
We're here to help, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for customers within Australia and 60 days for our international customers. Once we receive your returned item, we're happy to exchange your item or refund the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.
For easy returns, please use the following list as a guide:
- Include a brief note regarding the return, including your name and Invoice Number or RMA (Returned Merchandise Number, if you've been issued one.
- Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items in as new condition. Items that are deemed a non-acceptable return will be declined a refund and re-postage will be at your expense.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
- If a refund or store credit is requested, postage charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly advise to return your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.
- Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
Faulty Damaged Items
If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us before using the item so we can work with you to remedy the fault. We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.
