All orders are sent from our warehouse on the Gold Coast and we offer 3 delivery options.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Shoelaces only)
- Smaller orders are sent as a Standard Letter and will be delivered to your mailbox or PO Box and WILL NOT contain tracking
- Small orders addressed to Parcel Lockers will be redirected to your 'mailing' address by Auspost
- Larger orders are sent via Auspost Parcel Post to your delivery address
- If you require your order sooner than 15 business days, your best delivery options are PARCEL POST or EXPRESS POST
PARCEL POST DELIVERY - $6.95
EXPRESS POST DELIVERY - $12.20
- Express Post is not currently guaranteed for shipping times by Auspost due to higher than normal demand on their system
- Delivery times for Express post is quicker than standard Parcel Post items

Processing and Out of stock Items
- We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible within that time frame.
- Our dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch may be delayed during peak times.
- In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible. You may choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund for the item.
- Please note that we stock some end-of-line and limited edition items and not all items will be restocked.
- All stock is offered for sale on the basis of availability and NO Rainchecks are offered unless indicated otherwise.
- The Online Store may indicate available stock which may for whatever reason be unavailable for sale. We will contact you should this occur and offer you a suitable replacement or a refund.
- We will never send replacement stock without your consent.
