Shipping Information

 

ORDERS IN AUSTRALIA
 

STANDARD SHIPPING (Shoelaces) - $2.50 (Retail Customers only) 
Order a little or order a lot, when ordering shoelaces if you select our Standard Shipping, you'll get it for $2.50.

Depending on how much you order, our Standard Shipping is sent via Auspost or 100% Carbon Neutral Courier.
Smaller orders are typically sent as a Priority Paid Letter which does not contain tracking and will be delivered to your mailbox or PO Box. Larger orders will typically be sent via Courier to your delivery address.

Delivery Time -  typically 2 to 7 business days but may be up to business 10 days to some areas.

STANDARD SHIPPING (Shoe Care Products) - $6.95 (Retail Customers only) 
Order a little or order a lot, when ordering shoe care products if you select our Standard Shipping, you'll get it for $6.95. 

Depending on how much you order, our Standard Shipping is sent via Auspost or Courier.
Orders will be delivered to your residence, work address or PO Box and all shipping contains tracking.

Delivery Time -  typically 2 to 7 business days but may be up to business 10 days to some areas.

EXPRESS POST (Retail Customers) 
If you would like fast delivery on your order, we offer Australia Post Express Post starting from $11.35.

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days and once your order is processed, it will be received within 1 to 3 days (depending on your postcode). Not all areas of Australia are within the 'Next Day' overnight delivery network. You can check your postcode at this link

Order Status & Tracking
If the delivery method you selected includes tracking, you can check the status of your order and track any dispatched consignments from Your Account (you will also get an email when your order is dispatched). You will need to have created an account with us while shopping to access this feature. 

Please note, that smaller orders are typically sent via Auspost Mailed Priority Letter to your mailbox and do not contain tracking so won't be trackable from your account. 
 

 



Have you checked your address details are correct? We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. We can only ship to the address that our customers supply, if the address is entered incorrectly and we are not contacted by the customer to correct it before the order is despatched, replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the 'Company' shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are located at the same address.

DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping within Australia

  1. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days
  2. Flat Rate delivery applies to Standard Shipping methods. Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out. Express delivery means that your order will be delivered faster once dispatched; processing time remains the same.
  3. Within Australia, your delivery should be received within 2 to 7 business days, some areas may take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. 
  4. An email will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order.
  5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If the order is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee will be charged to resend the order.
  6. Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days.
  7. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
     

Processing and Out of stock Items

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible within that time frame. Our dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch may be delayed during peak times.

In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible. You may choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund for the item. Please note that we stock some end-of-line and limited edition items and not all items will be restocked.


Rainchecks

All stock is offered for sale on the basis of availability and NO Raincheck are offered unless indicated otherwise.
The Online Store may indicate available stock which may for whatever reason be unavailable for sale. We will contact you should this occur and offer you a suitable replacement or a refund. We will never send replacement stock without your consent.
