Shipping Terms

Domestic Shipping within Australia

  1. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days
  2. Free delivery applies to standard shipping. Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out. Express delivery means that your order will be delivered faster once dispatched; processing time remains the same.
  3. Within Australia, your delivery should be received within 1 to 10 business days, regional areas may take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Orders made with Trackable Shipping methods, will have tracking numbers provided on your shipping confirmation email which can be used to track your order. 'Auspost Letter - NO TRACKING' shipping, does not contain tracking.
  4. 'Auspost Letter - NO TRACKING' deliveries are sent as a letter to your mailbox or PO Box. It contains no tracking and as such, will be unable to be located should they go missing. The customer acknowledges this, and understands that we are unable to replace items if this low cost shipping method is utilised.
  5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If the order is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee will be charged to resend the order.
  6. Delivery within Australia, is free for orders over AU $30.00 (excluding shipping), and variable rates below that as selected by the customer.
  7. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days.
  8. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Have you checked your address details are correct? We rely on our customers to enter their correct shipping address details and as such, strongly suggest that they double check the address details that they've entered. We can only ship to the address that our customers supply, if the address is entered incorrectly and we are not contacted by the customer to correct it before the order is despatched, replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the 'Company' shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are located at the same address.

Processing and Out of stock Items

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible within that time frame. Our dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch may be delayed during peak times.

In the event that an order is placed for an 'Out of Stock' item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible. You may choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund for the item. Please note that we stock some end-of-line items and not all items will not be restocked.


All stock is offered for sale on the basis of availability and NO Raincheck are offered unless indicated otherwise.
The Online Store may indicate available stock which may for whatever reason be unavailable for sale. We will contact you should this occur and offer you a suitable replacement or a refund. We will never send replacement stock without your consent.
